Supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Women workshop

  • This is a three-day pilot workshop for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander workers & those working with Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander women and their families experiencing family violence.

    These include family violence specific roles, family support workers, counsellors, women’s program workers, refuge and housing workers, child protection, youth work, police and related fields. Participation in the workshop is encouraged for workers who engage or want to engage with our women affected by family violence and trauma.

    This workshop is one of four new Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Family Violence workshops developed by SNAICC.

    When: Tuesday 26 June to Thursday 28 June Where: CERES, Cnr Stewart St and Roberts Street Brunswick East, Melbourne, Victoria
    Time: 9am to 4:30pm
