Top End Ophthalmology Outreach Resource Project
The purpose of the Top End Ophthalmology Outreach Resource Project is to improve the coordination of eye health and vision care services and to develop a vision and broad parameters for a new model of service delivery for eye health and vision care services in the Top End of the Northern Territory.

Trachoma Face Washing Trailer Prototype Project - This program is a mobile wash station facility, which aims to provide community trachoma education to remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in Central Australia.
Diabetes Yarning Workshop - This workshop is a community based program designed specifically for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people living with, or at risk of, type 2 diabetes in Queensland.
Rural In Reach Program - This program uses video conferencing and other internet technologies to provide tailored health and well-being services to rural and remote women, their families and communities.
