    Did you know that one in three Australians are at risk of developing kidney disease. The most common cause of chronic kidney disease (CKD) is high blood pressure and diabetes. There is no cure for CKD but treatment can slow its progress.
    Here's how to look after your kidneys and stay healthy:
    1. get regular check-ups for diabetes and high blood pressure
    2. quit smoking
    3. lose weight if you are overweight
    4. drink lots of water
    5. exercise regularly
    6.avoid salty foods7
    7.drink alcohol moderately.
