    The new Chronic diseases network (CDN) Coordinator, Alexis Nguyen is looking forward to the fabulous lineup of speakers and sessions at the 19th Annual Chronic Disease Network Conference taking place in Darwin, Northern Territory this week on Thursday 24 and Friday 25 September 2015. 

    Health professionals and other interested individuals are encouraged to attend the conference and the breakfast seminar held this Thursday morning.

    The conference will be using social media with a Facebook page and a new Twitter account '@CDNCoordinator' using the hashtag #CDNC2015. The conference has an app for all attendees to review the program, highlight sessions they would like to attend and to message other attendees, it works on iPhone, iPad and all Android devices.
