    About the role

    You will be responsible for the implementation of CQI clinical activities in all aspects of the services provided by Wurli-Wurlinjang Health Service to support improved service and health outcomes for our Indigenous clients.

    You will also be responsible for maximising revenue by ensuring all claimable services are billed and processed in a timely manner along with providing training to clinical staff in Medicare and Incentive claiming.

    Current AHPRA Registration, minimum ‘C’ class Australian drivers licence, Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card) and a satisfactory criminal history check is essential.

    Local Indigenous people with close ties to the Katherine region are encouraged to apply.

    VACCHO wishes to appoint a Clinical Quality Improvement (CQI) Project Officer to take a lead role in implementing the VACCHO Data Strategy with respect to health data integrity matching and integration.


    About the role

    Contribute to the development and implementation of a national clinical quality framework for provision of Health Services to Aboriginal people; to provide input to VACCHO’s Data Strategy with respect to health data quality, and related clinical improvement activities; to convene member meeting to assist development of the national clinical quality framework.
